From the "Big Turk's Soup" to the "Big Belgian's Soup": a restaurant changes names

The names of many locations, products and brands referring to Germany and its allies were changed. The Avenue d'Allemagne [of Germany] for example, became the Avenue Jean Jaurès. Here, a restaurant is renamed in homage to the martyrized neighboring country.
